Runner Introduction

Hello, we are the Luna Shenzhen-Hong Kong Runner Team.

Unlike solo runners, we have sufficient personnel to ensure your errands are run smoothly and on time. We commute daily between the two cities (mainly via Luohu or Futian Ports), offering a “Morning Order, Afternoon Delivery” service.

Why choose Luna Team? We believe in Transparent Pricing. No hidden fees, just honest service.

Our Standard Pricing Structure:

  • General Items: For goods valued under ¥100, the fee is ¥28. For goods under ¥200, the fee is ¥40. (For items over ¥200, we charge 20% of the value. Please consult us for luxury items).
  • Drinks: Craving Shenzhen’s Milk Tea or Coffee? Add ¥5 per cup (liquids are heavy to carry!).
  • Bulky/Fragile: Bulky food items +¥10. Fresh Flowers are ¥100 (standard) or ¥200 (large bouquet) to ensure they arrive perfect.
  • Distance Surcharge: Since HK transportation is pricey, we charge an extra ¥10-30 depending on how far your MTR station is from the border.

How does it work?

  1. Handover: We usually meet at the MTR station nearest to you for pickup or delivery.
  2. Scope: From sending cakes, flowers, and food to HK, to helping you receive parcels in HK and mailing them back to Shenzhen, we do it all.
  3. VIP Service: Have an extremely urgent document or a large valuable item? We offer a 1-on-1 Exclusive Delivery service (higher rate, but top priority).

Trust our team for your daily cross-border needs. Efficient, reliable, and worth every cent!
