We are a reliable team of errand runners operating daily between Shenzhen and Hong Kong. Think of us as your cross-border personal assistants. We handle the customs and logistics so you don’t have to.

🚀 How It Works

Order Cutoff: 12:30 PM daily (Please order early!).
Delivery Start: We start our delivery routes at 2:30 PM.
Pickup Point: We hand over items at your nearest MTR station (at the gate). No need to exit the station.
Ordering: You can order food on Meituan/Ele.me to our Shenzhen address, or send us a shopping list (pre-payment required for goods).

💰 Pricing (Transparent & Fair)

We believe in honest pricing for our hard work. Here is our fee structure:

Food Delivery / Small Items:

Order value under ¥100: Service fee ¥20
Order value under ¥200: Service fee ¥38
Order value over ¥200: Service fee is 20% of the total bill.

Supermarket Hauls (Sam’s Club / Hema / Meituan Grocery):

Due to weight, we charge 25% of the receipt total.
Heavy items may incur an extra surcharge of ¥30-80 depending on weight.

Special Items & Surcharges:

Bubble Tea/Drinks: +¥5 per cup (handled with extra care).
Medicine: Starting from ¥50 (due to customs complexity).
Flowers: Starting from ¥100 (pricing depends on bouquet size).
Bulky Food Packaging: +¥10 (e.g., large grilled fish dishes).
Distance: Remote MTR stations may incur a ¥10-30 travel surcharge.
