The Process: Retrieval and Forwarding

1. Confirm Status: You must first contact the venue (e.g., MTR or Airport) to confirm they have your item and obtain a “Case Reference Number.”
2. Authorization (LOA): We provide you with the correct Letter of Authorization template required by local authorities. You will need to sign this and provide a copy of your ID/Passport.
3. On-Site Collection: Our runner goes to the specific location with your documents to claim the item.
4. Global Shipping: Once retrieved, we send you photo proof and arrange shipping via DHL, FedEx, or SF Express to your global address.
