- Order value under CN¥200: CN¥38 fee.
- Order value over CN¥200: 20% of the order value.

- Drinks/Liquids: +CN¥5 per cup.
- Flowers/Cakes: +CN¥100-200 (Requires hand-carrying throughout the journey).
- Large Cold Chain Items: +CN¥100 (e.g., large Sam’s Club orders).
- Parcels: Starting from CN¥38 (Extra CN¥15/kg for items over 2kg).

Delivery Locations
To keep costs low, our standard handover points are at MTR Station Gates (East Rail Line). We meet you at the gate barrier—no need for you to tap out.
- Other MTR Lines: Surcharge of CN¥10-50.
- Door-to-Door Delivery: Available for an additional CN¥100-200, depending on the distance from the MTR.
