Our pricing is based on a “Base Fee + Distance/Type” model. The quote covers the runner’s labor and cross-border transportation.

• Base Fee:
  • Includes: Receiving at Shenzhen border (Luohu/Futian) + Customs Clearance (Hand-carry) + Handover at East Rail Line stations (e.g., Sheung Shui, Sha Tin).
  • Limit: Under 3kg, standard handheld size.
• Door-to-Door / Distance Fee:
  • Delivery to specific addresses in Kowloon (Tsim Sha Tsui, Mong Kok), Hong Kong Island (Central, Causeway Bay), or remote areas requires an additional surcharge to cover local HK travel time and costs.
• Special Handling Fee:
  • Heavy/Bulky: Items over 3kg or large boxes.
  • Fragile/Care Required: For cakes or flowers that require constant hand-holding (no stacking/dropping).
• Customs Note: Prices do not include potential customs duties (rare for personal items, but applicable for commercial goods).
