Living in Hong Kong but missing the convenience of Shenzhen? Or do you need something moved across the border quickly? I am your reliable cross-border errand runner. My team and I operate daily (no rest days!), providing a secure and efficient bridge between the two cities.

🚀 What Can I Do For You?

I cover the entire Hong Kong area with dual-direction service:

Food Delivery: Craving spicy bullfrog, pickled fish (Tai Er), or hotpot from Shenzhen? I deliver it fresh.
Personal Shopper: I can shop at Sam’s Club, Hema Fresh, or other supermarkets and bring the groceries to you.
Gifts: Flowers and cakes delivered with care.
Urgent Errands: Document retrieval, courier services, and other emergency tasks.

💰 Transparent Pricing

No hidden fees. Here is how I charge for my time and labor:

1. Food & General Shopping

Small Orders: Item value under 100 CNY → Service fee: 20 CNY (limit 3 items).
Medium Orders: Item value under 200 CNY → Service fee: 38 CNY (limit 3 items).
Large Orders: Item value over 200 CNY → Service fee: 20% of total item value.
Supermarkets: For Sam’s Club/Hema orders, the fee is 30% of the bill (Extra 30-80 CNY for very heavy items).

2. Special Items Surcharges

Bubble Tea/Drinks: +5 CNY per cup (to ensure careful handling).
Bulky Food: +10 CNY for large packaging (e.g., big hotpot sets).
Flowers: Starting from 100 CNY, depending on size and distance.
Medical/Special Supplies: Starting from 50 CNY.

📍 Delivery & Logistics

Standard Delivery: Orders confirmed before 1:30 PM are delivered the same day. Handover usually takes place at your nearest MTR station.
Door-to-Door: Available upon request. Depending on the distance from the MTR station, an extra fee of 5-50 CNY applies.
Express Courier: For documents or small parcels, prices start at 30 CNY based on volume and distance.
