Hi there, I’m MOMO! 👋 I provide a dedicated one-way personal runner service from Shenzhen to Hong Kong. Whether you need food delivery, shopping assistance, or urgent document transfer across the border, I am here to help.

I offer a private, one-on-one customized service (“Flash Delivery”). Unlike standard couriers, I personally handle your items, ensuring maximum safety and punctuality. I specialize in handling delicate items like flowers and cakes using my own cold chain transport methods to ensure they arrive fresh and perfect.

📦 Services & Routes

Primary Route: Futian Port ➡️ Kowloon Tong (Most cost-effective).
What I Deliver: Takeout food (Bubble tea, meals), packages, supermarket groceries, medicines, and documents.
Special Features:
- ❄️ Cold Chain: I have refrigeration facilities in both Shenzhen and HK for priority cold storage.
- 📦 Package Consolidation: You can ship items to my Shenzhen address ahead of time. I can help unbox and consolidate them to save on volume/weight charges.

💰 Transparent Pricing (in RMB)

Fair pricing with no hidden fees:

Service Item	Pricing Standard
Standard Delivery	Food/Packages: First weight 30 RMB, then 10 RMB/kg. Bubble tea: +5 RMB/cup.
Restaurant Ordering	For places without delivery apps (e.g., Fei Da Chu): +30 RMB service fee (credits towards 3kg weight fee).
Special Items	Medicine: 50 RMB (Prescription required); Cakes/Flowers: From 100 RMB (Oversized items +50 RMB for dedicated porter).
Urgent/VIP	Urgent orders or value-added services over 150 RMB can arrange a dedicated runner. Departs within 1 hour.

💡 Note: If you are unsure about the weight of a food order, we can estimate it at 20% of the order value. I am flexible and won’t charge extra unless the weight difference is significant.

Meet-ups are typically at MTR stations. If you need delivery outside the station gates (exit gates), there is a surcharge starting from 30 RMB. Trust MOMO for your cross-border needs! ⚡
